Job summary

Titan Group is seeking a dedicated Site Administrator for the Mining Industry, based at the Muswellbrook Workshop. The role combines Training & Inductions with general admin tasks in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You must reside within 45-60 minutes of the workshop for consideration.

The position requires experience in Training & Inductions, mining industry familiarity, and proficiency with Damstra and BHP portals. A proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in Training & Inductions.
• Understanding of the Coal Mining Industry.
• Experience with Damstra, BHP Portals.
• Experience with Assignar would be advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to interpret employee training requirements.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Training & Inductions along with general administration duties.
• Supporting recruitment of new employees.
• Setting up employees with site access across multiple sites.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Proactively keeping competencies current.
• Organise and book site inductions.
• Liaising with clients and building rapport with customers.
• Maintaining a clean, functional office environment.
• Organise and book training.
• Daily/weekly reporting to management.
