Job summary

Titan Ind Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our mining operations on a 7/7 roster. This role focuses on coordinating parts, timesheets, invoicing, and planning to keep site operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with site management, maintenance teams and clients, taking ownership of administrative duties and ensuring compliance with site requirements. Camp accommodation and meals are provided for the DIDO position.

Qualifications

• Experience in site administration within mining or heavy industry.
• Experience with parts ordering, invoicing, purchase orders and timesheet processing.
• MetDesk experience – Highly Advantageous
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Previous safety and compliance administration experience – Highly Advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients
• Strong computer literacy and experience using administrative systems
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to meet site entry and pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering, purchasing and tracking of parts and materials for site operations.
• Manage and process employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Prepare, process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders and documentation.
• Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling and coordinating site activities to minimise downtime.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, supervisors and site personnel.
• Manage daily administrative duties, reporting, record keeping and document control.
• Assist with maintaining site safety documentation, compliance records, inductions and reporting.
• Utilise site administration and maintenance management systems to maintain accurate records.
