Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Mining Sales Team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role. You will benefit from a fully maintained company vehicle and a rewarding commission scheme as you build relationships with underground coal customers and identify opportunities to grow WesTrac's component reclamation, rebuild and fabrication business.

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to secure recurring work, support planned longwall maintenance

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or technical background preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles desirable.
• Strong ability to forecast and manage sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with underground coal customers.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare compelling proposals for component reclamation, hydraulic repair and fabrication solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
• Monitor market trends and support sales growth.
