WesTrac in Tom Price, WA invites a Customer Support Manager to join the Mining Sales Group on a full-time basis. This key customer-facing leadership role supports one of WesTrac's largest strategic mining customers, working with operations and maintenance leaders to maximise fleet performance.

You will drive aftermarket growth across parts, rebuilds, technology and service solutions, build strong relationships with maintenance and operations stakeholders, and collaborate across Product Support,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, product support or account management within mining or heavy equipment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
• Knowledge of fleet lifecycle and Total Cost of Ownership principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket growth across parts, rebuilds, and services.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance and operations stakeholders.
• Deliver value-focused outcomes to improve equipment performance.
• Develop account opportunities and expand share of wallet.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Service and other teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.
• Resolve customer enquiries and commercial challenges promptly.
