Job summary

Reporting to the site leadership team, you will manage scope, budgets and schedules while coordinating stakeholders to achieve safe, efficient project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering capital, operational or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors and risks.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Commitment to Safety, Integrity, Operational Excellence and Courageous Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of mining and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks while driving safe work practices.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, statutory requirements and company processes.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts and business case documentation.
