Qualifications

• Mining experience required or preferred.
• Experience with fleet systems and mining deployments.
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Comfort with on-site mining environment and training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve mining tech hardware/software issues.
• Follow support processes to meet SLAs.
• Manage workload and on-time escapes.
• Provide advanced customer issue support.
• Audit configurations to improve performance.
• Visit dealers/customers for technical assistance and training.
• Participate in 24x7 incident management on call.
