Job summary

Myndshift Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a major mining operation near Biloela, Queensland. You will report to the Maintenance Superintendent and lead workshop crews to meet the maintenance plan while prioritising safety and reliability.

Key requirements include extensive mining maintenance experience, 5+ years in the field, and tickets (G1/G8/G9/G2). The role offers an attractive hourly rate and a 12.5-hour shift pattern with 5/4, 4/5 and 5/5 rosters near Callide

Qualifications

• Australian trade qualification with extensive mining maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience maintaining mining plant and equipment.
• Strong safety leadership and people management skills.
• G1, G8, G9 and G2 tickets essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop maintenance crews to safely and efficiently deliver the maintenance plan.
• Drive safety performance and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability through effective planning.
