SRG Global Mining Services is seeking skilled Maintenance Supervisors to join our long-term Goldfields projects on dayshift rosters. You’ll lead the workshop team, schedule maintenance, and coordinate repairs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HD Mechanical Trade Certificate required.
• Supervisory or team leader experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance of onsite plant and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs on machine breakdowns.
• Allocate resources and lead the workshop team.
• Coordinate planned maintenance.
• Stock control of parts and materials.
• Ensure workplace meets standards.
• Foster effective communication across the organization.
• Record keeping and reporting on site plant and equipment.
