Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manage a crew of experienced Maintenance Fitters to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and major overhauls.
Champion safety culture across the team and ensure compliance with site procedures.
Skills
Solid experience managing crews
Competency in CMMS software

Confident communicator
Education
Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
