Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance crews in mining, resources or heavy industry.
• Ability to manage work orders, defect records, purchase orders, and warranty claims.
• Genuine commitment to safety with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of experienced Maintenance Fitters to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and major overhauls.
• Champion safety culture across the team and ensure compliance with site procedures.

Skills

Solid experience managing crews

Competency in CMMS software

Strong background in plant maintenance

Confident communicator

Education

Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline

Valid Queensland Explosives Security Card
