Job summary

Komatsu Australia in Biloela is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the MARC Contract at Batchfire Mine. You will plan long-term maintenance activities, coordinating labour, parts, subcontractors and other resources to keep the fleet operating safely and efficiently.

Based in Biloela with occasional travel to the site, the role involves planning major shutdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification, preferably in mobile plant.
• Demonstrated maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating shutdowns, resources and maintenance budgets.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Industry experience is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term maintenance activities for batch operations.
• Coordinate labour, parts, subcontractors and other resources.
• Plan major machine shutdowns to minimise downtime.
• Support equipment availability and efficient maintenance across the fleet.
• Provide cover for the planning team when required.
