Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in mobile equipment/fixed plant scheduling in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of HME maintenance processes and statutory servicing requirements.
• Collaborative communication style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue weekly maintenance execution schedules for HME fleet.
• Coordinate with planners, supervisors, operations, supply, and vendors to ensure job readiness.
• Prioritise work based on equipment criticality and operational needs.
• Track schedule compliance and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
