Job summary

Stellar Recruitment Pty has an opportunity at the Jellinbah mine for an experienced Maintenance Administration Officer to support the Maintenance & Engineering team with documentation and coordination.

You will work with planners, supervisors, tradespeople and contractors, maintain records, assist with work orders and CMMS data entry, and ensure compliance and reporting across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or mining administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CMMS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance & Engineering team.
• Maintain maintenance records, documentation and reporting systems.
• Support work order processing and CMMS data entry.
• Coordinate training, competency and compliance records.
• Assist with meetings, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain registers for equipment, tools, parts and consumables.
• Support payroll, procurement and general administration activities.
