Job summary

Elite Executive is seeking a Health, Safety and Training Administrator for a Mount Carbine site in Far North Queensland. The role focuses on hands-on administration across training records, inductions, and HST documentation within a busy operations team.

You will support the HST Manager, Superintendents and Coordinators, ensuring information is accurately maintained in internal systems and reporting. Previous safety experience is advantageous, but the emphasis is on strong organisation and

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident MS Office and spreadsheet skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently in a busy site environment.
• Mining, resources, construction or heavy industry experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to health, safety, training or compliance administration is advantageous.
• WHS qualifications or related training beneficial.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
• Ability to work on site at Mount Carbine.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support to a busy HST team.
• Maintain spreadsheets, registers and training records.
• Coordinate employee and contractor documentation and inductions.
• Maintain competency, licence and certification records.
• Assist with regular safety and training reporting.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and document control.
• Support SharePoint folders and internal administrative systems.
• Assist with general HST administration as required.
