Job summary

Macmahon is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Greenbushes. You will work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to uphold standards and support your people.

Lead daily performance, set clear expectations, own schedules and resources, and drive reliability and continuous improvement while fostering a speak-up culture where safety and high-quality delivery are paramount.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in mining.
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder skills.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery.
• Roster: 8:6.
