Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Senior Advisor – HSEQ to join our Greenbushes mine site in Western Australia. You will ensure effective deployment of the HSEQ Management Plan, mentor site teams and provide guidance on HSEQ systems while engaging with clients on WHS activities.

Bring mining HSEQ experience and an Occupational Health and Safety qualification, plus WA Mines Safety Act knowledge. Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, site inspections and overseeing corrective

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience in mining or similar heavy-industry HSEQ roles.
• Knowledge of WA Mines Safety Inspection Act.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan.
• Mentor and guide site teams on HSEQ systems.
• Engage with clients on WHS activities and indicators.
• Assist with accident investigations and risk assessments.
• Oversee site inspections, audits and corrective actions.
