Macmahon is seeking a Project Manager to lead underground mining operations in Perth, WA. You will guide and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑performing projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, while shaping performance and culture within a leading underground mining contractor.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in underground mining projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
• Experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget in underground mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of underground mining projects, ensuring targets are met.
• Oversee contract management to maximise financial performance and manage risks.
• Build and maintain client relationships and align operations with contract requirements and expectations.
• Drive compliance with underground mining legislation, safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, forecasts and KPIs, implementing corrective actions.
