Job summary

Foxleigh Mine is seeking a proactive Mining Administrator to join our Production team. You will manage production records, handle data entry, coordinate scheduling, and support audits and compliance.

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will liaise across departments to align production plans and ensure smooth operations on a 7/7 roster. Strong organisational skills and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in mining, construction, or high-volume operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Experience with production or maintenance systems (Pulse or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production records and assist with daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Enter data timely and accurately into production systems.
• Support scheduling, timesheet collation and leave tracking for crews.
• Coordinate personnel logistics including accommodation and uniforms.
• Handle administrative requirements for shift coverage and toolbox meetings.
• Manage document control for procedures, SWIs and compliance records.
• Assist with audits, inspections and compliance documentation.
• Liaise across departments to align production plans and needs.
• Assist with meeting coordination, presentations and reporting docs.
• Undertake ad hoc admin tasks to support the Production team.
