Job summary

Yancoal Australia is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Open Cut Mine in Mudgee, NSW. This part-time role (Mon and Fri) is on a maximum-term basis until December 2027, reporting to the Mine Manager – Open Cut. You will support the site team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant administrative position.
• <br>Experience in a mining or earthmoving environment will be highly regarded.
• <br>Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• High levels of computer literacy with MS Office & SAP; quick to adapt to new programs.
• Commitment to safety and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Compile and accurately enter production data from the Open Cut operation promptly.
• Process time sheets for the Open Cut Mining team.
• Create purchase orders and assist with invoice approvals.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide multi-tasking support to the Mining team and assist with other admin tasks.
