Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a site-based HR administrator/coordinator for a role near Moranbah, Queensland. The position offers a choice of residential arrangements or a drive-in/drive-out option with camp facilities available.

The contract is six months with potential to extend. The role supports mobilisation and onboarding and liaises with Payroll and other HR teams to maintain accurate records and transactions.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong attention to detail and solid administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and actioning requests through the site HR inbox.
• Processing employee changes, transfers and terminations.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system data.
• Processing HR transactions, documentation and approvals.
• Coordinating employee changes with Payroll and other internal teams.
• Supporting mobilisation and onboarding.
• Providing general administrative support to leaders and the site HR team.
