Job summary

Qube Port Hedland Mine Resupply Site is seeking a capable Administrator to support our Operations and Maintenance Team. You will handle day-to-day office duties, coordinate travel, manage records, and assist staff with a positive, proactive approach.

Experience in site-based administration within logistics or resources is valued, as is the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance. Join a team dedicated to safe, efficient mine resupply operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Administrator in logistics, resources, construction, or similar site-based role.
• Minesite administration experience is highly regarded.
• Able to provide a National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Office management including calls, emails, and records.
• Organise and archive documents, both physical and digital.
• Arrange travel: flights, accommodation, and related logistics.
• Order and maintain office supplies and PPE; ensure equipment functions.
• Provide support to staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Process accounts payable invoices, expense tracking, and related tasks.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly.
