Job summary

Qube Ports in Tarago is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee stockpiling and loading of mineral concentrates, coordinate labour and shifts, and ensure site safety and compliance.

You will lead on-site personnel, supervise weighbridge operations, maintain equipment, prepare operational reports and liaise with clients and contractors to achieve safe, efficient outcomes in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles in mining, logistics, transport or bulk materials handling.
• - Commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance with safety initiatives.
• - Experience leading operational teams, including rosters and shift activities.
• - Experience implementing site procedures and operational standards.
• - Experience monitoring load management and transport requirements.
• - Coordination of equipment maintenance and liaising with maintenance personnel.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a key contact for site personnel and clients.
• - Leadership in performance, coaching and development of staff.
• - Ability to prepare operational reports and handle administrative tasks.
• - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• - Current unrestricted driver's licence.
