Studynash is seeking a Registered Migration Agent to lead the Adelaide office and develop a genuine pathway to partnership. You will manage client consultations, advise on employer-sponsored and skilled visas, and drive growth with local employers and referral partners.

The role offers a clear partnership trajectory, leadership of an established practice, and autonomy in how the Adelaide office expands its client base.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Australian Registered Migration Agent.
• 2+ years post-registration experience.
• Experience in employer-sponsored and skilled migration, including SA state nomination pathways.
• Confidence leading client consultations and converting enquiries into engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An organised, compliance-first approach to file management.
• An interest in business ownership and growing a regional practice.
• Hindi or Gujarati is an advantage.
• Experience with Migration Manager or similar software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration matters from first consultation through to decision.
• Conduct paid consultations and assess clients' migration options.
• Manage a varied caseload across employer-sponsored, skilled, partner, family and visitor visas.
• Prepare skills assessments, nominations, visa applications and submissions.
• Advise employers on sponsorship obligations and compliance.
• Build relationships with South Australian employers, community organisations and referral partners.
• Work with the Adelaide coordinator to keep files, deadlines and client communication on track.
• Help shape how the Adelaide office grows.
