Job summary

Migration Solutions in Australia seeks experienced registered migration agents or immigration lawyers to join our national team. You will deliver high-quality immigration advice, build long-term client relationships, and work with government departments and leading businesses.

This role is supported by coordinators and admins, offers a flexible hybrid environment (up to 3 days from home), wellness days, a birthday day off, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to speak at events.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality immigration advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement migration pathways and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of individual clients.
• Designing, developing and implementing innovative and contemporary migration pathways and strategies.
• Provide the highest quality advice and assistance to clients and key stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Support key stakeholders and corporate clients with compliance and mandatory reporting obligations.
• Conduct consultations and assessments with key stakeholders and clients providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa programs, pathways and opportunities.
• Strong attention to details and the ability meet deadlines and KPI’s.
• Support internal process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Migration Solutions are well known as trusted advisors and leaders in contemporary Australian visa and immigration advice and for over 25 years, we have delivered strategic immigration advice, assistance and guidance to businesses, key industry sectors, sporting teams and organisations, Government and individual visa applicants. We are a team of registered migration agents and immigration lawyers across our offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

Due to our national growth and expansion, in addition to our leading migration reform initiatives we are seeking experienced registered migration agents and immigration lawyers to join our team.

Through our strategic partnership with Thomsons and Faculti Lawyers, Migration Solutions has become a national Australian visa and immigration advisory firm.

Migration Solutions was founded in 2001, later incorporating DGA Consultants which started providing Australian immigration advice and assistance in 1986, giving us 40 years of experience. Thomsons is a major independent Australian commercial law firm. We are currently rebranding, including a new website with the new business to be launched in November 2026.

About The Role

As a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer at Migration Solutions you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality immigration advice and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

This role is supported by Migration Coordinators and Administrators.
