The Down Under Centre in Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent to manage a diverse caseload and provide professional visa advice.

You will work with employers and migrants to prepare, review, and lodge applications, monitor changes in policy, maintain detailed records, and deliver high-quality service from a home-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Migration Agent in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation, policy, and procedures.
• Experience managing employer-sponsored visa applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Client-focused approach to helping people achieve migration goals.
• Experience using Migration Manager is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide migration advice across a range of visa subclasses, including skilled, employer-sponsored, partner, and permanent residency pathways.
• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.
• Prepare, review, and lodge visa and sponsorship applications.
• Communicate with clients, employers, and government departments throughout the application process.
• Monitor legislative and policy changes, ensuring advice remains accurate and compliant.
• Maintain detailed client records and case management notes.
• Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

About the Role

As a Registered Migration Agent, you will manage a diverse caseload of migration matters, providing professional advice and support to clients throughout the visa application process.
