Key Areas of Practice

We are particularly interested in RMAs with experience in:

• Employer Sponsored Visas– Subclass 482, 186, 494 and Labour Agreements
• General Skilled Migration (GSM)– Subclass 189, 190 and 491
• Skills Assessments
• Family & Partner Visas
• Preparing high-quality visa applications, submissions and legal arguments
• Researching migration legislation, policy and relevant case law

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current OMARA registration as a Registered Migration Agent
• 2 years of Australian migration practice experience
