Job summary

Threads Education & Migration Group in Brisbane seeks a knowledgeable Registered Migration Agent to independently manage migration matters with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. You will work with clients, employers and internal teams across a range of visa matters.

You will provide expert migration advice, assess eligibility, prepare and lodge visa applications, and manage employer-sponsored and skilled migration cases while maintaining high ethical standards.

• Current registration as an Australian Registered Migration Agent.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional migration advice to new and existing clients.
• Conduct client consultations and assess visa eligibility and migration pathways.
• Prepare, review and lodge visa, nomination and sponsorship applications.
• Manage employer-sponsored migration matters, including Subclass 482 and Subclass 186.
• Assist with skilled migration matters, including Subclass 189 and 190.
• Handle Student, Graduate, Partner, Visitor and other visa matters where required.
• Prepare professional submissions, statements and supporting documentation.
• Review client documents and identify additional information or evidence required.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employers, education providers and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure matters are progressed within required timeframes.

About you

• Current registration as an Australian Registered Migration Agent


• A valid Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN)
