AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal seeks a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to lead a corporate immigration practice in Sydney. You will manage a client portfolio, advise on visa options, and lodge applications across multiple classes while working within a supportive, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified RMA with current MARA registration.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in immigration law (senior level welcome).
• Experience handling employer sponsored visas (essential).
• Proven ability to case manage high-volume corporate matters.

• Managing your own immigration practice/clients (95% corporates, 5% individuals) focusing on visa classes 482,191,400,186,408 & 494 -providing full-spectrum advice including: visa options, eligibility, application merits, preparing and lodging visa applications & liaising with immigration authorities/skills assessment bodies, responding to refusals.
• Leading/Mentoring -1 migration co-ordinator who will also assist you.

WHO YOU ARE

• are a qualified RMA with current active MARA registration;
• have MINIMUM 3+ years experience (or more-seniors welcome) in immigration law specifically with experience in employer sponsored visas (essential);
