About theOpportunity

Your role as a Migration Agent will allow you to demonstrate your migration creativity, technical mastery and passion for helping clients, all with a forward thinking and high performing organisation.You will be working as part of a small team reporting directly to the Principal and Founder—with a wealth of knowledge and experience—as well as an experienced Registered Migration Agent – offering an enviable opportunity for professional growth. In this role,you will deal with all areas of the migration sector, focusing on Employer Sponsored migration, but also working on Partner Visa, Family Sponsored Visas and Citizenship applications.

About You

You have experience working in a Migration Practice, including working on Employer Sponsored (subclasses 482, 186 and 494) and Partner Visas.

Experience with Visa processes, including collecting and reviewing documents against the relevant criteria, and preparing applications for lodgement.

Migration Manager Software experience an asset.

High level of computer literacy, utilising MS software and PDFs (compiling and reducing sizes for lodgement).

You are confident and love working with people.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively within set guidelines.

Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise,to ensure set outcomes are achieved.

Own and be accountable of your work and behave in a respectful, professional and positive manner, with a 'can do' proactive attitude.
