You will oversee staff welfare, rosters, referral triage, and mentoring of junior staff to support complex cases.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
• Management experience or tertiary management qualifications
• Advanced clinical midwifery skills and sound clinical judgement

Responsibilities

• Lead obstetric and gynaecology outpatient clinics (MAPS, Gynaecology, EPAS).
• Coordinate rosters and staff welfare for maternity services.
• Mentor junior staff and support complex cases.
• Triaging referrals and developing individualised care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
