Kindergarten to Year 6 serving the Rosemeadow Parish with an enrolment of approximately 200 pupils.

Location: Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Parish School, Rosemeadow

A temporary full time position commencing 28 January 2027 until 26 January 2028.

The role of Middle Leader 2 exists to support the Principal in implementing the vision and mission of the school, to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students and assist the school leadership team in the conduct and organisation of the school.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

• Builds a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data
• Has a commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy including the nature of assessment and differentiated learning

• Leads change and improvement to enhance learning for all students

QUALIFICATIONS

• Level D Accreditation in accordance with 'Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong' policy; and
• Level C Accreditation in accordance with 'Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong' policy or a commitment to gain within the first contractual period; and
• NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE
