Job summary

OLHC Catholic Parish Primary, Rosemeadow in NSW invites applications for a temporary full-time Middle Leader (2pt) commencing 28 January 2027 and concluding 26 January 2028. The role supports the Principal in implementing the school's vision and mission and contributes to faith formation and learning growth for students.

You will work with the leadership team to organise and conduct the school, lead change to improve outcomes, and support staff through professional development and performance

Middle Leader (2pt) OLHC Catholic Parish Primary, Rosemeadow•Rosemeadow, NSW, AU

A temporary full time position commencing 28 January 2027 until 26 January 2028.

The role of Middle Leader 2 exists to support the Principal in implementing the vision and mission of the school, to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students and assist the school leadership team in the conduct and organisation of the school.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate you are an effective educator who:

• Gives witness to the faith and contributes to the Catholic life and culture of the school community
• Builds a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data
• Has a commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy including the nature of assessment and differentiated learning
• Builds capacity through their own professional development and supporting staff by providing access to professional learning opportunities, giving regular feedback, and managing performance
• Leads change and improvement to enhance learning for all students

QUALIFICATIONS

• Level D Accreditation in accordance with ‘Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong’ policy; and
• Level C Accreditation in accordance with ‘Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong’ policy or a commitment to gain within the first contractual period; and
• NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.
