Job summary

St Paul’s Catholic Parish Primary, Moss Vale in NSW is seeking a Middle Leader (2pt) on a permanent full-time basis starting 28 January 2027. The role supports the Principal in implementing the school's vision and mission, and in growing faith and improving learning for students.

You will assist the school leadership team with the conduct and organisation of the school, participate in policy implementation, and lead change to enhance learning outcomes for all students.

Middle Leader (2pt) St Paul's Catholic Parish Primary, Moss Vale•Moss Vale, NSW, AU

A permanent full time position commencing 28 January 2027.

The role of Middle Leader 2 exists to support the Principal in implementing the vision and mission of the school, to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students and assist the school leadership team in the conduct and organisation of the school.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

• Gives witness to the faith and contributes to the Catholic life and culture of the school community
• Builds a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data
• Has a commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy including the nature of assessment and differentiated learning
• Builds capacity through their own professional development and supporting staff by providing access to professional learning opportunities, giving regular feedback, and managing performance
• Leads change and improvement to enhance learning for all students

QUALIFICATIONS

• Level D Accreditation in accordance with ‘Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong’ policy; and
• Level C Accreditation in accordance with ‘Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong’ policy or a commitment to gain within the first contractual period; and
• NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.
