Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Mid to Senior Change Analyst or Communications Specialist. This role reports to the Change Management Lead and focuses on impact assessment, readiness tracking, communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

You will create plain language communications for internal and external audiences, coordinate role-based training and train-the-trainer sessions, and monitor adoption and post-release support.

Qualifications

• Essential: change analysis or communications on technology change programs.
• Desirable: training design; accessible communication (WCAG 2.0); government experience.
