Job summary

Prophet Tech Pty Ltd is recruiting a Sales Manager to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will own a targeted mid-market portfolio, manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, and collaborate with the Sales Director, VP of Business Development, and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will lead account-based prospecting, develop strategic partnerships with agencies, and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience winning B2B mid-market sales with measurable targets.
• Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a target-account portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
• Run the full sales cycle from discovery to proposals and close.
• Lead account-based prospecting and generate new opportunities with agencies/partners.
• Oversee customer handover to success and drive growth within accounts.
• Leverage CRM and sales tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records and activity.
• Collaborate with Sales Director, Growth Architect, and Marketing to accelerate pipeline.
