Job summary

Prophet is an Australian SaaS leader in marketing intelligence. As Senior VP Sales, you will own ANZ revenue, P&L and the regional growth plan, while building a high-performance sales team and expanding into APAC and US markets.

You’ll lead enterprise and mid-market selling, ABM, partnerships, and revenue operations, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive sustainable, profitable growth and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in senior sales, commercial or growth roles.
• Track record of managing revenue, budgets, P&L and teams.
• Experience closing enterprise deals and coaching others.
• Strong financial and commercial judgement in pricing and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and mid-market sales and own strategic opportunities from discovery to close.
• Embed a consistent sales methodology with strong qualification and pipeline reviews.
• Lead partnerships, ABM and demand generation to drive qualified pipeline.
• Develop APAC growth plans and manage regional opportunities and rollout.
• Own revenue operations, forecasting and CRM discipline.
