Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, project management, or hybrid role in tech-driven environments.
• Proven experience delivering software products from ideation to launch.
• Solid understanding of agile development processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design and marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with product management tools Jira, Trello, Confluence.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or scaling businesses.
• Passion for continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met.
• Own the development and execution of the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to hit milestones.
• Gather, document, and prioritise product requirements; translate to tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimise the delivery process.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks and opportunities.
