Job summary

Zeller is hiring a Mid-Level Product Manager to drive development of innovative products in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will own the product roadmap, work with engineering, design and marketing, and translate business needs into actionable tasks.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, effective stakeholder management, and delivering software features from ideation to launch. Based in Melbourne CBD with a 4-day on-site expectation and one day WFH.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management, project management, or a hybrid role in a tech environment.
• Experience delivering software products from ideation to launch.
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Confluence.
• Experience in startups or scaling businesses.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to launch features.
• Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve delivery processes.
• Provide regular updates on progress and risks.
• Manage risks and adapt plans to stay on track.
• Use data to drive product decisions and prioritisation.
