Job summary

globalFinTech is seeking a Copilot AI Engineer to lead its Microsoft 365 Copilot program, focusing on adoption and enablement while hands-on building in Copilot Studio. The role blends business collaboration with technical delivery to drive governance and practical outcomes across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert for Copilot, design trainings, and build copilots and connectors, while tracking adoption metrics and enforcing governance controls such as

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years hands on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Comfortable with Power Automate or Power Apps to extend Copilot workflows
• Experience designing and delivering training or technology adoption programs
• Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Cowork experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation's subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot, guiding staff on new features and best practice
• Design and deliver training, workshops, and a Copilot champions network to drive adoption across the business
• Build custom copilots, plugins, connectors, and declarative agents in Copilot Studio
• Track adoption metrics and usage patterns, and manage governance controls such as sensitivity labels and data loss prevention
