This position blends business collaboration with technical work, requiring training delivery, governance, and staff coaching to maximise Copilot outcomes. Hybrid arrangement in Melbourne CBD and a 12 month contract at $750-850 per day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Comfortable with Power Automate or Power Apps to extend Copilot workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering training or technology adoption programs.
• Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Cowork experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation's subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot, guiding staff on new features and best practice.
• Design and deliver training, workshops, and a Copilot champions network to drive adoption across the business.
• Build custom copilots, plugins, connectors, and declarative agents in Copilot Studio.
• Track adoption metrics and usage patterns, and manage governance controls such as sensitivity labels and data loss prevention.
