Increment in Australia is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI. You will bridge business needs with technology, translating requirements into practical solutions and guiding clients through transformative AI initiatives.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years relevant industry experience.
Experience as a functional consultant or similar role in IT.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot/AI technologies.
Ability to build AI agents and training materials.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI technologies.
Run customer engagements showcasing Microsoft technology, including product demonstrations.
Deliver training sessions and prompt-athons, including Q&A sessions.
Develop AI transformation roadmaps and client-focused solutions.
Configure Copilot and create agents in Copilot Studio for client projects.
Articulate business value and ROI of Copilot and AI to clients.
Prepare proposals and delivery roadmaps aligned to client needs.
