Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to cover Urangan and surrounds, with potential travel to Maryborough. You will manage an allocated territory, ensuring replenishment, ticketing, displays and launches across retailers.

This ongoing casual role offers 15-30 hours per week, with Monday to Friday availability and a driver’s licence. You will build strong relationships and execute tasks precisely in store.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• A current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG positively and professionally.
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: Urangan and surrounds and may include travel to Maryborough

Hours: 15-30 hours per week, average of 20 hours per week. Hours are based on business needs

Availability: Monday to Friday; availability is essential

Essential: Drivers licence and car
