Job summary

Are Media is seeking an entry-level Merchandise Product Coordinator for Are Direct, its distribution arm. You will support the development of private-label and exclusive products across categories, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to bring new ranges to life.

You don’t need to know overseas sourcing inside out—motivation, commercial curiosity, and strong organization are valued as you learn the buying process from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with a genuine ambition to build a career in buying and product development.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple products and deadlines.
• Comfort with numbers and information, including Excel reporting and sales analysis.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn the buying process from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development across private-label and exclusive ranges, managing samples, information, range plans and launch timelines.
• Work with overseas suppliers, factories and sourcing agents to coordinate quotations, specifications and orders.
• Support commercial decision-making through sales reporting, trend analysis and range planning.
• Bring new products to market by coordinating data, testing, packaging and imagery for launches.
