Job summary

Best & Less is seeking a Merchandise Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Merchandise team in Sydney. You will help manage stock replenishment, coordinate product data, and assist Buyers with analysis and reporting to optimise store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in Retail, Merchandise, Buying, Planning or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Passion for fashion, product, and retail trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock replenishment and product allocations across stores.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate product data.
• Support sales, stock, and trade reporting for business decisions.
• Monitor stock availability and flag issues, risks, or opportunities.
• Support Buyers with analysis, administration, and product reporting.
• Coordinate product samples for reviews, marketing, and photoshoots.
• Assist with Critical Path management to hit milestones.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on delivery.
• Maintain product information in merchandise and PLM systems.
• Support range reviews, product presentations, and seasonal planning.
