Job summary

Magnus Health Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team across Brisbane's North and Southside. Provide tailored support in SIL houses and during community access shifts, with 1:1 and 1:2 rosters across 24/7 shifts.

Applicants should hold Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), a Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening. Prior mental health or disability support experience is essential.

We’re looking for experienced, confident Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated team across Brisbane’s North and Southside — from Mitchelton, Stafford, Deception Bay to Victoria Point, Thornlands, Annerley, Inala, Marsden, Logan Reserve, Meadowbrook, and Edens Landing.

What You’ll Do

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored, high-quality support in our Specialist Independent Living (SIL) houses and during community access shifts. Rosters vary to match participant needs — including 1:1 and 1:2 ratios across 24/7 shifts.

• Delivering personalised care in line with each participant’s individual support and behaviour plans
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication support, and meal prep
• Creating safe, supportive environments and proactively managing behaviours of concern
• Engaging participants in meaningful activities that build independence, confidence, and quality of life

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for Support Workers who are not only qualified — but confident, calm under pressure, and committed to growth.

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Proven experience in mental health or disability support
