Job summary

Complete Nursing & Home Care in Brisbane North is seeking experienced disability support workers (female) to provide personal care, daily living assistance and community access.

You will work across shifts including weekdays, weekends and sleepovers; benefits include ongoing professional development and supportive rostering; must have current First Aid/CPR, police check and working with children check, and valid Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification is essential.
• National Police Check is essential.
• Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are essential.
• Valid Australian work rights required.
• Open Driver's Licence with a reliable car and insurance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily living assistance: meals, mobility, light domestic tasks, hoisting and transferring.
• Personal care: showering, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Community access: accompany clients to appointments, activities, work and shopping.
• Support clients to lead a more independent life and engage with the community.

• Personal care: showering & bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing

• Community access: support clients with attending appointment, hobby actives, going to work, shopping
