Uniting Victoria and Tasmania – Ballarat VIC is seeking a Mental Health Worker to provide recovery-oriented psychosocial support to people experiencing mental health challenges and homelessness, assisting them to access, secure and maintain stable housing within the Housing First model across the Central Highlands region.

You will collaborate with clinical services in community or mental health settings to ensure timely responses for clients needing treatment, reporting to support wellbeing,

Competenze

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, Community Studies (Welfare) Social Work or equivalent.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments and homelessness services.
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act and homelessness sector.
• Experience engaging marginalized groups.
