Uniting is seeking a Men’s Behaviour Change Practitioner in Epping on a part-time, ongoing basis. You will deliver group-based interventions for men identified as perpetrators of family violence, with referrals from Corrections Victoria, the Magistrates Court, or community streams.
You may also conduct intake assessments, individual sessions and provide appropriate referrals. You’ll work within a dynamic team to manage risk and enhance safety for affected people.
As a Men’s Behaviour Change Practitioner, you will deliver group-based family violence intervention for men who have been identified as perpetrators of family violence, and have been referred by Corrections Victoria, the Magistrates Court or through community streams.
In this role, you may also conduct initial intake assessments, individual sessions and provide appropriate referrals to consumers who have been referred to the program. You will work within a dynamic team and in collaboration with other services to manage risk and increase the safety of people affected by family violence.
