Job summary

DPV Health is seeking a dedicated MBC Practitioner to support men who use violence within intimate and family relationships, as part of the MBCP program in Melbourne. The role involves group and individual assessments, facilitation of the 20-week program, and some case management, contributing to safety and behaviour change.

Qualifications

Job Description

Our MBCP program provides specialised support to men who use violence against woman, children and their immediate family. This role requires a well-rounded knowledge, understanding and experience in the family violence sector that will support the MBCP program.

The MBC Practitioner is responsible for providing direct service provision to men who have uses violence and abuse in their intimate and family relationships. This will include assessment both in a group context and individually, facilitation of the 20-week MBC Program, Individual reviews with clients and some case management.

The candidate we are looking for is someone who has:
