We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Behaviour Change Facilitator to join our Connect and Respect Men’s Behaviour Change Program.
In this role you will be part of a passionate and dedicated team delivering a specifically designed program to men who choose to use violence and abuse in their relationships with their partner(s) or family members. The program is delivered in a secure and supportive therapeutic setting and provides educational group work, informal counselling, individual case management and advocacy.
This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours a fortnight. This role is located in Geraldton, and will work within the prison setting. Due to the nature of the position and industry, there is a requirement to work outside normal business hours.
You are passionate about keeping women and children safe from family domestic violence, coupled with a desire to help men change their behaviours by being educated on FDV. Additional to this, you will have:
