Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Officer to drive new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim. As part of the team, you will work toward sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing the guest experience both in person and over the phone.

Weekend availability is essential. You will conduct centre tours, process memberships, handle enquiries, and maintain knowledge of services while using POS systems in line with policy and Belgravia values.

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate (Level 2) required.
• Current CPR.
• Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
• National Police Check required.
• Customer service and sales experience essential.
• Experience delivering strong customer experience and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets daily.
• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and by phone.
• Inform and assist prospective members with enquiries per company processes.
• Conduct tours to convert prospects into memberships.
• Process memberships and data entry per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of all centre services and activities.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and use of POS systems.
• Uphold Belgravia Leisure's C.L.E.A.R values.
